Company
Gröner Holding Italy AG, founded in 2022, manages the assets, investments, and shareholdings of the Gröner family in Italy/South Tyrol and is a subsidiary of the German-based Gröner Family Office GmbH.
Our goal is to develop and enhance a portfolio of properties located in South Tyrol. This includes the management of existing properties, as well as small-scale property development activities. In addition, we manage three farms.
We deal with all phases of the life cycle of a property: acquisition, planning, renovation, management, and administration. In addition to exploiting the individual potential of each property, we place significant emphasis on design, with a focus on sustainability and social added value.

Arieshof simple agricultural company
This farm is located in the South Tyrolean Pustertal Valley, in the immediate vicinity of the Kronplatz skiing area. The certified organic farm has a suckler cow herd, grows cereals and vegetables and processes the products on the farm into high-quality third-party products. The farm also has a tourist accommodation and restaurant business, as well as a social project with work training for disadvantaged workers and various projects for children and young people.
Pflangerhof simple agricultural society
Similar to the Arieshof, after completion of the renovation work, the Pflangerhof will operate a farm with highland cattle, suckler cows and vegetable cultivation, and two holiday flats will be rented out.
Residence Schwarzhorn
Residence Schwarzhorn in St. Lorenzen near Kronplatz is currently being renovated and will then be rented out for tourist purposes.

Frank Gröner is Managing Director of Gröner Family Office Ltd. and he also covers various roles in the Italian companies. He has more than 30 years of management experience in engineering and real estate; 10 years of which in the management of CG Gruppe stock company. His core competencies are in the areas of administration, controlling, personnel and business organisation.

Markus Rubner has been working in the field of project development and project management for real estate investments since completing his studies in business administration at the Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck/Austria. His focus is the operational management of project companies, project conception, project development, project financing and sales.
Over the past 30 years, he has been involved in the development and management of real estate projects, in the areas of residential construction, office and service centres, shopping centres and outlet centres, as well as development of building plots for resale to developers, in Italy, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
In addition, Markus Rubner has been managing all investments of the RUBNER Group that do not belong to the core business wood since 2009. He also manages the RUBNER Group’s real estate portfolio.
In 2013, Markus Rubner entered the renewable energy sector, initially with the construction of PV plants for the RUBNER Group. In 2015, kraftwerk GmbH was founded in Bolzano. Its objective is the development and construction of renewable energy plants in Italy

Sonja Stolzlechner has been Managing Director of the Arieshof and authorised signatory of Gröner Patrimonio Ltd. since 2022. She graduated in Economics/Tourism Management from the Free University of Bolzano in 2010 and in 2019 did a part-time master’s degree in Consulting Sciences and Management of Social Systems with a focus on Coaching, Organisational Development & Human Resources Development. After graduating from high school in 2000, she worked in various companies in the areas of sales, purchasing, organisation, as well as in the management of a large social cooperative. From 2017 onwards, she supervised various freelance projects in the areas of personnel and organisational development, coaching and project management. In October 2019, she worked for the first time as a freelancer for the Gröner Group.
